When you enter Shawcrest there are signs clearly stating No Soliciting. Going door to door asking people to sign a petition and trying to force people to join an HOA is covered under that rule. The local police will be called. You will be charged with trespassing and harassment. Not all the locals in Shawcrest are unhappy. Leave the negativity at home.
