Sen Testa is on a publicity tour expressing his undying support for COLA for retired first responders . I would be interested to hear what has changed in the enlightened senator’s thinking as he has stated many times that he is opposed to COLA because there is no money for it . Perhaps if he hadn’t voted to double his own salary , there actually would be money for it ! His sudden flip flop is all because he wants to run for governor in 2029 , make no mistake !!
