Seems Wildwood is seeking a developer for some water front property if memory serves me correctly and OC is starting development soon. Do the politicians who advocate for such development ever drive their vehicles in the summer? Do they even reside in these communities and see how traffic moves along at a snail’s pace? I would like to believe at least a traffic study is done by a competent engineer and not someone’s brother or someone’s sibling. Developing is fine if done sensibly. I believe in both these cases it’s just profits before people.
