Seeing how we are getting tax happy...I propose a consumption tax on pizza, beer and canned vodka drinks. Tax the pizza's $5 each that will make the pizza's $40. Then tax the beer and canned Vodka drinks $1 a can. This has to raise $1mm during the summer.
