Upper Football still has plans on playing this fall yet the plan

Seaville - Upper Football still has plans on playing this fall yet the plan of kids being taught virtually is still in the news! This really doesn't make sense and young kids shouldn't be playing a contact sport during COVID-19. I know my kids won't, if they aren't in school five days a week.
