Seaville - Still another video making the rounds on cable news of a police officer using questionable force in a routine traffic stop. By now, one wonders why some police seem very clueless about the presence, everywhere, of video cams, and pictures then going viral on social media? Why would they risk adverse scrutiny, their reputation and their careers, with these cameras rolling almost everywhere?
