Seaville - Responding to a Marmora spout about animal control: I was so grateful to animal control, who went door to door in the rain recently, searching for the owner of a dog. The owner happened to be me. It was raining, and somehow my lab got outside and I didn't even know it. Thank you to Rob, who came to my door soaking wet with my dog instead of taking the easy route and taking him to the shelter. We need more animal control officers like him in our county.
