Seaville - The problem: Atlantic County budget: $212 million; Cape May County budget: $161 million. Atlantic County population: 275,209; Cape May County population: 95,344. Summer population increase is almost the same in each county. If our budget is 76% of theirs, but we only have 35% of their population, where is all the money going? The answer: Out the window. Time for a freeholder board change. Too much money being wasted and no checks and balances to all their spending.
