Seaville - Looks like Mr. Trump is setting the stage not to provide testimony at his criminal hearing in NYC by falsely claiming that the judge has prohibited him from providing testimony in his own defense. I am sure his attorneys have serious concerns about Mr. Trump perjuring himself in court and this may be his “way out” of “ducking” cross examination by the prosecutors.
