I strolled into the Upper Twp.

Seaville - I strolled into the Upper Twp. Senior Center because I was thinking about joining. There were no activities, a hand full of people & 2 county workers. Now I understand past spouts of people being up In arms about county workers & their raises , freeholders how do you even justify this place being open & paying 2 county workers to man a place with very little activity & business
