I had to get my deed in the County Clerk's Office and I am shock

Seaville - I had to get my deed in the County Clerk's Office and I am shocked that the county let a rude person like the man running around in the deed room stay. He was loud, cussing on the phone, and burping. The girl helping me could hardly hear because he was on a speaker phone yelling at a person. She asked him to go away, so he just walked a couple feet away and kept up the rude behavior. The girl said it’s a public building and he is working for himself. I don’t think other public buildings would let him stay there. I said something to him about not liking his language and he was nasty to me.
