Seaville - I don't understand how some U.S. citizens are allowed to hold dual citizenship, meaning you are a citizen of the U.S., as well as some foreign country? Is such a thing written in our U.S. Constitution? If not, how is this possible, and how do I become eligible, since taxes in some other countries are cheaper?
