To the Woodbine spouter regarding a 3% charge at a pizzeria….unfortunately small business owners are being inundated with cost they never had to incur before: higher wages for employees, higher insurance premiums, higher food cost, just to name a few… if they don not come up with creative ways to pass these new cost over to the customers….They will be out of business!!! Be kind and support small business…Don’t try to hurt them as they are already struggling.
