Losing your mom is so painful, and you helped me navigate that incredibly overwhelming time with nothing but gentleness and absolute professionalism. It matters. You are excellent, and I sincerely thank you for the critically important and compassionate work you do. Too many people complain on Spout Off about such trivial and ridiculous things; there's not enough love here. So I'm just here to give gratitude and say thank you.
