Sea Isle - To the TI spouter who asked “You think people are going to give up their parking spot and drive to a dog park . Don’t bet on it.” Considering you really only need to use it in the summer months and can use the beach all other times. The real question will be will anyone really use it for the million of taxpayers money that was used?
