Capital punishment is not legal in the majority of states because liberal courts have ruled that its “ cruel and unusual “ Keep in mind that all capital punishment cases are for heinous crimes all forms of rape,murder,kidnap etc. performed by the very worst on the planet. Yet these same judges think it’s perfectly ok to kill ,yes kill, an unborn perfectly pure child.I don’t know why we engage in this debate ad nauseam. Let the woman decide and God can sort it out later .We are never going to resolve on earth.
