Sea Isle - The City’s excuse to raise the price of parking from $250 to $450 is “It’s designed to make the program self-sufficient,” City Solicitor Paul Baldini said. Why exactly is paying $200 more per pass making the parking program self-sufficient? How much did the city pay this guy to make that statement? Is that the best they could come up with to explain a $200 increase in price?
