Would someone in charge of the” Kayak lottery” in Sea Isle pleas

Sea Isle City - Would someone in charge of the” Kayak lottery” in Sea Isle please explain to all of us how you can have 900 entries for 112 storage racks. There is no way there are 900 kayaks Owned by SI property owners. Has anyone ever seen more than 10 on the back bay at any one time? I probably will not be one of the lottery winners again this year, but I’d sure like to know about the 900 entries. Not a big deal compared with Murphy ordering gender education for our children in school, but just curious as the world turns.
