Witnessed young teens going after a woman & her special needs ch

Sea Isle City - Witnessed young teens going after a woman & her special needs child in a display of absolutely vulgar, foul mouthed harassment in the middle of the day. Lots of small children & families witnessed it too. Shop employees trying to shoo away the offenders were then turned on. No officers in sight. So out of hand. I plan on recording future incidents & posting them so parents & the Mayor can see for themselves. Seasonal officers should be patrolling, & their presence known. Help from tax funded services is overdue. Mandate it, Mr Mayor.
