Why is the Methodist Church property and the pastor's home seemi

Sea Isle City - Why is the Methodist Church property and the pastor's home seemingly exempt from code enforcement? Out-of-control weeds, a falling-down vinyl fence, cracked and unsafe walkways, major improvements without permits, and not one, but two large sheds attached to the garage without setback. It could be a beautiful property, and a showplace, but it is a shame that the church doesn't seem to care about appearances but has plenty to say about others.
