Sea Isle City - Why does the SIC zoning board exist? Builders seeking variances receive them a dime a dozen. Requirements for shrubs and green space on properties aren't enforced. Decisions like this pile on: the condos at Garrity’s, Acme, Busch's. No foresight in planning. Our representatives in local gov. need to see the big picture. You don't need to hire an 'expert' to see that the density in building mass is horrendous. That SIC's open areas are disappearing. That we're losing the quiet cozy beach town feel that made SIC so special. Our quality of life changes, then properties lose value.
