Sea Isle City - Why do some people try to market Sea Isle as an upscale resort, when in reality we're just a middle-class, family-friendly beach town with a desirable nightlife scene during the summer? We've always been the type of town where groups of friends could afford to rent a house for the summer. Our town is definitely not 'upscale,' and the majority of our residents are perfectly fine with that. Our city officials even adopted an affordable housing plan, which demonstrates their commitment to being a no-frills beach town.
