Why do Acme employees park in Acme Shopping Center?

Sea Isle City - Why do Acme employees park in Acme Shopping Center? And, park in spaces closest to the Acme building? What about senior citizens who use their store for shopping, and patronize other businesses and can't find a space to park? Why do people continually say they can't find a parking space after doing numerous drive arounds, and then leave?
