Sea Isle City - Why did the captain take all the lifeguard boats off the beach? Every other beach patrol in New Jersey still has them but us! I can't help but wonder if it would have prevented the multiple drownings from this summer on our guarded beaches? I have tried to ask him, but the public is not granted access to the lifeguard house. I think this is the only private public building in the city. Can someone please help me get this answer?
