Why are parking regulations being ignored at 42nd and Park Ave.?

Sea Isle City - Why are parking regulations being ignored at 42nd and Park Ave.? The SE corner of Park Ave. is clearly painted yellow, creating a hazard for pedestrians and a big hazard for motorists trying to turn right or left onto Park Ave. from 42nd St. There is also a local ordinance prohibiting truck parking on the streets. Should anyone be involved in an accident at this intersection, make sure you snap pics of the obstruction.
