While working at the new municipal building in Sea Isle City one

Sea Isle City - While working at the new municipal building in Sea Isle City one morning, I was pulled over by a police officer because I mistakenly went down a one-way street. I explained to the officer that I was working at the new building and was not familiar with the area. I asked him for a break, which I did not get. Things must really be bad because I believe a break could have been in order. This officer was not very pleasant, and I believe this is why people have a problem with police. I did not create any traffic hazards and no one was harmed.
