Sea Isle City - While the realtors are quick to sign up rentals, perhaps they should insist on seeing rental permits from their clients. It seems there are many rental units, through real estate offices, that do not display the proper rental permit. Maybe a stricter "no permit/ no rental" policy could be implemented before we get any further into the rental season.
