Where is the police presence in Sea Isle?

Sea Isle City - Where is the police presence in Sea Isle? Go to the center of town around 11:30 p.m. and see 100 teenagers gathered on the promenade, drinking in public. No police around, and isn't there a curfew? I sat on the bench and watched at least two people stagger to their cars and drive the wrong direction on JFK Blvd. Where are the police to monitor those people coming out of the bars?
