Sea Isle City - Where are the foot patrol officers around 2:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning when herds of disorderly drunks, both male and female, are cruising down Landis Avenue? I thought it was against the law to disrupt the peace and be drunk and disorderly? Sure doesn't appear that way and to think it's only the start of the season.
