When if ever will we see a female in a leadership position in S

Sea Isle City - When if ever will we see a female in a leadership position in Sea Isle Police Dept.? The Sea Isle Police has no females in leadership ,there is an opportunity to find a qualified female for the open Chief position.However,I doubt if we will see anything change. At one time I was proud to be a fulltime resident of Sea Isle but not today. Crime is on rise and very few crimes are solved .The only thing SLC Police can do is give out traffic and parking tickets
