Sea Isle City - What is the sense in studying a bike path for Commonwealth Ave.? Until the vast majority of bike riders start to practice safe bike riding and police start to enforce the rules of the road for bike riders, bike paths will never be safe. Some bike riders run red lights, pass on the right, totally disregard safe practices, etc.
