What’s happened to the Ocean City boardwalk ?

Sea Isle city - What’s happened to the Ocean City boardwalk ? Always known as a family friendly and safe place. I was stunned on my first visit July 5th to see gangs of menacing ,obvious not local, “ youths” wandering the boardwalk and sidestreets. Very intimidating for young families. Wake up,clean up Ocean City before it deteriorates much more . We don’t need another Wildwood scene.
