Went to the Dog park this weekend and was surprised to see peopl

Sea Isle City - Went to the Dog park this weekend and was surprised to see people had children in there playing on the obstacle course like it was a playground while they were using picnic areas while eating lunch. I couldn’t take my dog in because I thought she would get to excited with the kids. I also saw a dog with a pincher collar which it states on the rules can not be used. Who supervises this park? Clearly people are not following the rules posted. I hope no one gets hurt the town doesn’t need lawsuits. And no I didn’t confront the parents I wasn’t in mood to listen to them yell at me.
