Sea Isle City - We don’t need a Noon Bell in Sea Isle or Townsends Inlet. The obsolete Bell was in disrepair and sounded like it was under water. Had workers at my house not familiar with it think it was an emergency alarm. Don’t waste the money to fix it. If you don’t know what time it is and don’t have a cell phone, watch, car or house with a clock in it, then maybe you really are a turtle.
