Sea Isle City - We do not have a police problem, we have a bar problem. Bars over serve, pack in more people then the law allows, and allow them to leave with drinks in their hand. Police are overwhelmed. Beefing up the police is not going to solve the problem. Strict enforcement of the ABC laws will make a big difference.
