Waiting to see the money.

Sea Isle City - Waiting to see the money. Thousands of dollars, tens of thousands or more. Where's all the money to be raised to fix St. Joseph Church? I asked for a status and was given the runaround. It seems like so far the only money is going to T-shirts and signs on properties of people who are not here all winter. Is the special account even opened? Who has signature authority? If it's really a charity, the financials are supposed to be available to the public. Income and expenses should be shared. Even the Facebook page has no information.
