Sea Isle City - An upscale resort doesn't skimp on landscaping or beautification efforts, doesn't feel overly congested, and most certainly doesn't hand out zoning ordinances to any developer without considering the long-term impact on the neighborhood. It's clear we suffered from weak planning and zoning boards. Sea Isle is many things, but if we do a serious assessment and compare ourselves to neighboring towns, there is no way we can claim Sea Isle is upscale.
