Sea Isle City - Unsure which it is: a department chief was forced to "retire" but is allowed to permanently block off two parking spots on the his side street for basketball backboards for his grandkids. Don't think I could do the same on my block. So is it privilege or the local officials' "good old boys club" at work? With police under scrutiny they should be super serious about enforcing the laws equally and not turning a blind eye to some.
