Sea Isle City - The underlying theme with the parking garage and promenade extension is that they’re both unsightly and unnecessary. Neighbors and I are very thrilled that members of City Council and the mayor had wherewithal to spend money elsewhere. What a nightmare and eyesore they would have created!
