Sea Isle City - Trash is filled up on the promenade where it is bursting out of the cans. Getting emptied once every 24 hours on weekends is abysmal. Someone please go through the bathrooms on 40th Street. They are a disgrace. They needed to be redone 10 years ago. The floors, toilets and sinks are old and broken. Doors barely shut. If they are the bathrooms that go hand in hand with the beautiful band shell then this is gross mismanagement on the city's part. Go look at OC music pier.
