The trash and litter left behind by the Polar Bear Plunge attend

Sea Isle City - The trash and litter left behind by the Polar Bear Plunge attendees is still laying in the dunes between JFK Blvd. and 36th Street. I know we have a community, volunteer beach clean-up in April, but that's too long for all of this debris to go unattended. Can the city do something in the meantime to make our town look more presentable?
