Sea Isle City - To the spouter concerning why there are no hot dog carts in the vicinity of 60th st. In sic, I know the veteran who began selling hot dogs at 52nd st. One of the homeowners on 52nd st viciously harassed him every day so badly (yelling out the window, etc.) he was forced to discontinue. The homeowners even went to the town council to complain about the cart being on the street. THE COUNCIL DID NOTHING!
