Sea Isle City - The "Spout Off" section certainly could never be mistaken for a statistically valid survey, but it certainly does show things that concern the public in Cape May County. I wonder if any politicians or public officials ever bother to read 'Spout Off.' If they do, there would be a significant increase in enforcement of bicycle laws and public/underage drinking laws, leash laws and animal control ordinances would be more aggressively enforced and violent street crime would be better addressed in some towns. These are all problems for which the public demands attention. I bet spouters vote.
