So as I understand it, the Governor has lifted the curfew in bar

Sea Isle City - So as I understand it, the Governor has lifted the curfew in bars, But Sea Isle has not. Is it no wonder that people travel out of town to spend their money? I'm under the impression that the person making this rule thinks that everyone just goes home by themselves at 10PM instead of having indoor parties or leaving the island.
