So can someone tell me how shared services work between Ocean Ci

Sea Isle City - So can someone tell me how shared services work between Ocean City and Sea Isle. Is this persons salary divided equally between the two municipalities? And do both municipalities pay for their insurance and extra benefits they get? Not sure how this works. Just wonder if an administrator can be shared why not just hire a part time administrator.
