Sea Isle City - The side-yard setback in Sea Isle was once 15'. Increasing what could be built in the set-back, upper story bump-outs has only 'moved the buildings closer.' The heat on one side wall will quickly start the next building burning. Eliminating the bump-outs and requiring side walls to be made of fire resistance materials will help.
