Sea Isle City - Sea Isle City so the City and County do not check on how pool Companies are draining water from pools! The pool Companies are to drain water into a black bag! These are chemicals going into drains and neighbors properties! They use short hoses instead of draining out to the street into black bags! Something needs to be addressed! The City needs to do Inspections on these properties! Fees should be charged to the homeowners and pool Companies for inspections! Contact the State Inspectors!
