Sea Isle City regarding the spouter that the trees on the dunes

Sea Isle City - Sea Isle City regarding the spouter that the trees on the dunes are being cut down and leveling the dunes yes that will effect our flooding into our homes! Since the City won't do anything to these individuals! It's all about the view! Mind you! Who do we sue, the City ,the person cutting down the trees and leveling the dunes! Maybe we all should start a lawsuit against them all! Will the DEP do anything I doubt it! Who do we contact Morgan and Morgan or better yet Perry Mason!
