Sea Isle City - Sea Isle City regarding the spouter with the black bumpers on Pleasure so why hasn't the Construction Office done anything about this safety issue or is he in OC all the time! Or maybe the Lines and Signs who go into work at 5 am and leave before noon! Seems like the City has an safety issue which could result in the homeowners and City in a legal battle if someone gets hurt! Is anyone going to do anything! Let's show some safety concerns for others! Why would you put these on the road near your driveway!
