Sea Isle City - Sea Isle City on the causeway several cars did not pull over to the side when the Ambulance had its lights on! Why isn't anyone doing this anymore it could be your baby, child , loved one! Have some courtesy! Maybe it's time to do a Citizens arrest! This is on going on the causeway!
